Shipping

Every record is packed with the same care we'd expect receiving one ourselves. We use record-specific mailer boxes with cardboard stiffeners on both sides to prevent bending during transit.

LPs are removed from their outer sleeves and placed in separate poly inner sleeves to prevent seam splits caused by shifting during shipping. The outer sleeve is placed alongside, and everything is secured inside the mailer to eliminate movement.

For multi-LP orders, each record is individually protected before being combined into a single reinforced package.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are determined by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping fees.

For EU orders, IOSS is applied where applicable — meaning VAT is collected at checkout so you won't face additional charges on delivery.

All orders include tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipment notification email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your package from Tokyo to your door.
